When will my order be delivered?

Ordered before 17:00 on weekdays, shipped the same day.
Normally you will receive the order the next day.

Usually your order can be sent by letter post. This way your package is quickly delivered.
You also don't have to assume anything yourself. And you always receive free shipping!

Please note: letter mail does not contain a track & trace.
Your order goes with PostNL and will be delivered by your own neighborhood delivery person.

What if there is an error in the address?

We understand that you want to receive the selected products as soon as possible. That is why we process your order as soon as possible. In the event of a change of address, it is best to send us a message as soon as .m by, for example, giving a response to the order confirmation. If possible, we will correct the address. And otherwise we normally get the package back from the delivery person and we send a new package to the right address.

What if the ordered product is not to your liking?

We understand that perhaps the products received are not entirely as expected after all. You can therefore return products to us within 14 days (- if reasonably possible- in the original packaging, undamaged). For returning products, it is best to log in to our website. Via'my orders'you can click on 'return items'. In this way we will receive your return request with all the associated order details. 

We would like to contact you to look together at another product that suits you better! If you do not want replacement products, we will refund the return amount neatly. At Eexi  the shipping of all your products is free, you pay no shipping costs with us. However, the costs for returning are for your own account.

What if I ordered the wrong cover or received another product?

Everyone makes a mistake sometimes, right? Maybe we accidentally send out the wrong product or you just clicked on the wrong cover. Don't worry, we at Eexi  stand for convenience and good customer service. In this case, send us a message and we will solve the situation for you as soon as possible. If we have made a mistake, we will of course send a new product free of charge.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the webshop are for your own account. These costs are approximately 7.25 per package, consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product with all delivered accessories and – if reasonably possible – in the original condition and packaging will be returned to the entrepreneur. To exercise this right, you can contact us via [email protected], or register the product back in your account. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return provided that the product has already been returned in good order.

If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to try the product, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So treat the product with care and make sure that it is well packaged when returning.

Exception Right of Withdrawal

¹In the case of hygienic products or products with a health risk where the seal has been broken, the right of withdrawal will lapse. If the seal of the product is still intact, the right of withdrawal will NOT expire.
